- Hi, I was born and raised in NY and was exposed to many different types of cultures and music. I have missed the huge melting pot of people and am trying to find that here in AZ.
- What are your favourite 'world' music genres?

I pretty love some many types of music. Being Hispanic I love all types of Caribbean music, African music, Jazz, and Middle Eastern Music
- Which venues in town do you visit to hear great live music from these genres?

Cheb Mami sings a lot of Middle Eastern Music and incorporates loves of pop and gitano rhythems in his music. I learned of his music while taking Belly Dancing classes

In NY almost anytype of music from around the world can be found. I predominately grew up around Salsa and Merengue music
